Andorix provides sensors to monitor the indoor air quality witihin individual rooms and spaces. These sensors continuously measure room temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide (CO2) and carbon monoxide (CO) concentration and total volatile organic compounds (TVOC) and provides actionable insights for building managers to ensure that the area remains comfortable and safe.  The data collected from the indoor air quality monitors also helps towards getting WELL Certification for the buildings.

Maintaining a healthy work environment for everyone requires the need to put policies in place that restrict the number of people within a confined space, whether this is in a building lobby or common area, an elevator, a boardroom or a bathroom. Discreetly installed people counting sensors will continuously scan an area and provide real-time occupancy counts to a mounted screen or mobile app. This information can also be used in conjunction with green/red LED lights to inform people whether they can enter the area.
